🔔 News: IEC 61400-6 AMD1 approved! 🔔

As JBO, we are pleased to have contributed our expertise to the successful development of the IEC 61400-6 AMD1! In particular, our investigation of the effects of flatness tolerances on the actual gap sizes in the assembled state has shown that the tight flatness requirements in production can be relaxed in the future.

Special thanks go to the The Carbon Trust, whose support made it possible to incorporate important findings from the AFToR project into this standardization process, to our project engineer Niklas Sellmann, and to our lead flange and FE automation expert, Filip Wegener.

We look forward to further cooperation and congratulate all those involved on the successful revision of the standard!
