This project involves the construction of 8 new residential buildings, each with 5 full stories and a setback floor, along with a shared underground parking garage. The complex measures L/B/H=74/61/21 m. It’s being constructed using solid building methods. All horizontal components—including floor slabs, the courtyard basement slab, and the slab foundation—are made of reinforced concrete. Vertical components, such as columns and walls, are constructed from reinforced concrete and masonry. The foundation beneath the buildings will be a continuous reinforced concrete slab with integrated pile caps.
