On 12 February 2026, JBO took part in the KOMPASS – Ausbildungsbörse 2026 in Bremerhaven, organised by the Bundesagentur für Arbeit. Our Head of Technical Design & CAD, Dipl.-Ing. Steffen Reiner Rohlfs, and our trainee Technical Product Designer, Anna Lena Prost, represented JBO on site. Together, they spoke with students, parents and teachers about career paths, daily work in engineering and what an apprenticeship at JBO really looks like. The KOMPASS apprenticeship fair connects young people with regional companies and creates space for direct conversations. For us, being present at events like this is an important part of our commitment to developing future talent. Real insight, honest dialogue and early orientation make a difference. At JBO, we invest in the education of technical professionals. Our trainees are closely supported, given responsibility early on and encouraged to grow beyond their formal training period. 👉 If you would like to learn more about our apprenticeship programmes and entry opportunities, visit our website for further information. https://lnkd.in/eN2Mtyf2
