New construction of two halls with photovoltaic systems, green roofs, and staff facilities.
One hall was constructed using timber frame construction with a trapezoidal sheet metal roof; the other used steel trusses and reinforced concrete columns. Both buildings feature PV systems, extensive green roofing, and attached staff facilities built using conventional methods.
