Refurbishment of a 10-story reinforced concrete frame structure into an innovative office building.
The ten-story office building (25 × 96 × 45 m) originally built in 1990 using a reinforced concrete frame system underwent extensive renovation and refurbishment. A key challenge involved routing large technical building services (MEP) through the structural bracing systems. The design accounted for additional roof loads from the MEP systems and various construction phases.
