Conversion of a warehouse building into a modern office building featuring an atrium core, prestressed concrete bridges, and a glass roof structure.
The ten-story building (53×108×43 m) underwent a fundamental conversion. The former warehouse was transformed into a modern office building with a nine-story atrium core. Additionally, prestressed concrete bridges and a long-span steel and glass roof structure were designed and erected over the atrium.
