This project involves constructing a new residential building and a student apartment complex. The above-ground portion consists of two separate structures, which, together with the adjacent buildings, create a spacious inner courtyard. The buildings extend to a maximum of 7 full above-ground stories and 2 underground basement levels, with maximum above-ground dimensions of L×B×H=95×72×25 m. The buildings are being constructed using solid building methods. All horizontal components, including floor slabs, the courtyard basement slab, and the slab foundation, will be made of reinforced concrete. The vertical components, such as columns and walls, will be constructed from either reinforced concrete or masonry.
