JBO Engineering Group GmbH has been an owner-managed company for over 60 years, specialising in structural engineering, architectural design, and structural inspections for complex building and civil engineering projects.
For more than 15 years, our team has also been active in the offshore wind sector, focusing on structural design, loads, research, and inspections.
Your exciting, varied tasks
- Support in accounts receivable and accounts payable, and assistance with our financial processes.
- General administrative tasks and support of management in day-to-day operations.
- Office organization – from filing to being the friendly voice on the phone.
The tasks to be performed can be adapted and weighted according to the interests of the applicant.
What you should bring with you
- Completed commercial or tax-related training, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with DATEV is an advantage.
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and quickly understand new tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Dependable, well-organized, and a strong team player.

- Permanent part-time position (approx. 20–30 hours per week) in an established Hamburg-based engineering firm with additional offices in Bremerhaven, Berlin, Osnabrück, Leer, Hanover, and Copenhagen.
