JBO Engineering Group GmbH is a privately owned company with more than 60 years of experience in structural engineering, architectural design and structural checking for complex building and civil engineering projects. In addition, our employees have been active in the offshore wind sector for more than 17 years, focusing on structural design, loads, research and testing.
Your exciting, varied tasks
- Preparation of formwork and reinforcement drawings for demanding building and civil engineering projects, onshore structures as well as new office and residential buildings in reinforced concrete construction
- Supporting our test engineers in the structural testing of reinforcement plans in building construction and civil engineering
- Carrying out technical inspections on construction sites
- Preparation of layout and detail drawings
- Support of our engineering department in the preparation of architectural design drawings
The scope and focus of tasks can be adapted and weighted according to the individual interests of the applicant.
What you should bring with you
- Successfully completed training as a construction drafter with a focus on structural design, further qualification as a technician, or a degree in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on structural building and civil engineering
- Very good general CAD skills, ideally with experience in common systems such as Allplan or AutoCAD, or comparable software
- Knowledge of basic reinforcement detailing rules and anchorage lengths
- Friendly manner and strong team skills
- Fluent written and spoken German
