The complex measures L\/B\/H=74\/61\/21 m. It&#8217;s being constructed using solid building methods. All horizontal components\u2014including floor slabs, the courtyard basement slab, and the slab foundation\u2014are made of reinforced concrete. Vertical components, such as columns and walls, are constructed from reinforced concrete and masonry.
